Ticket to Work Program

Berks Personnel Network (BPN) is an Employment Network through the Ticket to Work Program. BPN provides eligible Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities the choices, opportunities and supports needed to obtain and retain employment. Supports and services offered through the Ticket to Work Program include the following:

• Goal Setting
• Job Development and Placement
• Job Coaching
• Job Stabilization and Retention
• Career Advancement Counseling

The goal of the Ticket to Work Program is to reduce beneficiaries' reliance on cash benefits and maximize their economic self-sufficiency through work opportunities. BPN is an approved Employment Network in Berks and contiguous counties including Chester, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery and Schuylkill counties.
