LifeSharing

Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc. provides LifeSharing services, which supports individuals in the private residences of host families, known as LifeSharing Providers. The LifeSharing Providers support people in their homes as they incorporate the individual into their families developing positive and rewarding living situations within a realistic community setting.

Services are given in the areas of:

• Training in daily living skills
• Healthcare oversight and medication administration
• Financial management
• Recreation
• Interpersonal skill development
• Community integration

Threshold's LifeSharing Program began in 1982 and was the first such project in Pennsylvania. LifeSharing may also be provided in the residence of an immediate family member.
